I called Dell's Heating and Air on a Sunday after our AC suddenly stopped working during the first extreme heat wave of the season. We had no idea what went wrong and were pretty stressed. Despite it being the weekend, they quickly scheduled someone to come out first thing Monday morning.

The technician arrived right on time, was extremely friendly, and had our issue fixed in less than 20 minutes. The service was fast, professional, affordable, and courteous from start to finish.

If you're having any trouble with your heating or AC, I highly recommend this local, reliable, and friendly company. Great service like this is hard to find!

This is a long overdue shout out to Dell and his team! Back in January my husband had emergency open heart bypass surgery. The night before his discharge to come home our heater went out and it was 61° in our house. I remembered how we used Dell's Heating and Air in the past and was always happily satisfied with the work done and the cost-effectiveness. So after a short prayer I gave them a call again and ended up speaking with Dell himself! I explained the situation and he went above and beyond to make us a priority and within an hour, his guys were here and done, and my heater was in perfect running order. I am truly grateful to you Dell and your team! Sorry it took me so long to post this review. It has been crazy but my husband has recovered well and is back to work now. Thank you again for caring enough to make us a priority. I will never forget your kindness. Can't put a price on that!

I honestly had not experienced anything like Dells Service. They are truly a full service AC and Heating company but they go beyond and make sure you are happy and they follow up. They are timely and very easy to work with. They find ways to make it as least expensive but with high Quality and I like that very much. I would recommend these guys anytime and i use them for all properties.

Called Dell's heating after noticing part of our ducting was disconnected. They promptly found me an appointment the next morning and had their team out to fix the problem quickly. The repairmen, Jose & Kevin, were both respectful, informed, and fast workers. Once completed they had shown me pictures of the repair as well as informing me of any concerns they had about the duct overall that we should be on the look out for.

The cherry on top was that their prices are very competitive and they'll only charge you based on what was needed for the job. In my instance they gave a price range for the repair but once they were out they realized it was simpler than originally thought. The ending cost was on the lowest end of the range originally quoted which was a happy surprise and shows there is a level of trust deserved by their actions. Definitely worth checking out if you need HVAC services.
